The good thingsAmazing company to work for. You can be anything you want in this company. You can be the CEO, workshop assistant, engineer, manager all at the same time.. the colleagues are great and there is a positive atmosphere!
The challengesSome of the processes are outdated and you will need to struggle to get through some of the "red tape" but it's rewarding in the end. Relish the Callidus challenge!

The good thingsIts big enough to keep give opportunities, diversity and learning opportunities but small enough to know everyone and keep a real team culture.
The challengesdue to the industry they are in urgent jobs pop up and change the whole outlook of your day, this can be challenging to deal with but you are provided with the tools to deal with it.

One of the company's core values is "Make It Fun" and in my experience they do fairly well at that, at least in the department I work in.
The challengesCould have better incentives for working overtime/saturdays.

The challengesManagement style stuck in the 80s. Not an inclusive, diverse or progressive way of managing. Management expect employees to bend over backwords for the company but never recognise employee contributions.
