The challengesStaff are awful to work with, they have poor customer service skills and management don't care enough to train these traits out.. so the staff that have been there for years forget how to be nice to anyone. There's no training, you get dumped in different areas and expected to know what to do. No acknowledgements, no thanks, no \"days off\", finishing times are \"a guide\" and most supervisors are young people who would rather talk out the back than focus on customers and their needs. Cockroaches everywhere.
