    Good experience in retail!
    The good things- Most colleagues were fun and lovely to work with - Not much focus on individual KPIs - Generous pay
    The challenges- Some of the management team can be strict and quite rude and are the only thing that make the job difficult

    Great company, however with the lack of support and the overlooking of in store issues and problems it’s a bummer this company allows this behaviour or overlooks negative outcomes caused by their own leaders.

    The challengesTerrible state manager who would manipulate and instigate mean girl behaviour in the workplace she often discussed her dislikes about team members and create gossip. No support from HR and retail general manager was not helpful and displayed mean girl behaviour also.

    If you need a casual job, thats fine but if you want to be in a management role, avoid this company.

    The challengesOld systems, upper management are terrible and don't know how to manage and lead by example they can't communicate, they put managers in positions that have no real managment experience.

    Easy going company that provides a lot of career potential
    The good thingsStaff, management for the most part, great incentives and clothing allowance, lots of room for growth, good hours
    The challengesTight relationships between management made it hard to feel seen or heard sometimes. It was a shame that super sales were taken away - a lot of casual and part time stuff lost a lot of interest helping to reach budget when the incentive was taken away.

    The good thingsMost of the time customers were great and the KPIs were achievable and not too outrageous.
    The challengesAWARD rate pay and short shifts, gossipy and cliquey environment, in the location I worked they did not hire men as a rule, full face of makeup was required every day.

    Extremely Rewarding, Great Company
    The good thingsThe company offers great incentives and generous discounts. Upper Management and Head Office Team are amazing, and extremely easy to work with. The opportunity to develop your career within the business is outstanding. Career progression is seen throughout all stores and sites. The Brand sells itself and you know customers are buying a quality product that is highly sought after.
    The challengesUpper Management can take a while to respond to issues that may arise. If anything the company is too lenient. More authority needs to be granted to Store Managers.

    The challengesOver stretched management that only care about the bottom line and profit and don't care for the people that get them there. Very much like school where there is a \"popular\" group who don't work.
