Run - large company with too many problems! The good thingsSplit shifts - having the ability to have your own life in between shifts
The school itself - Principal and school leadership team were so supportive
The challengesManagement - was given different information from many RMs, RMs would lie just to cover their own backs. Not very supportive towards coordinators when you need help. One RM in particular would put on a fake front when she spoke to parents and try to talk up the company (even though the parents clearly weren't happy with how camp australia run).
Rostering - extremely difficult to get consistent staff at the service. Different staff every week - this meant the children couldn't feel completely safe and comfortable. It was near impossible to get everything done as the staff didn't know the set routine at the service. Consistency with behavioural management went out the window, particularly with children who have additional needs.
Communication - it was frustrating trying to get a response back from emails sent to RMs, GM and People and Culture. Would only get a response back a week later (if lucky to even get a response back at all).
High staff turnover with educators and coordinators.
A company that is run from offshore (the Philippines).
