Best casual job I've had to date! Although you must have flexible availability, you can work as much as you want! The job is fairly easy after training and theres always help around you if you need it. Staff are friendly and chatty. Depending on my plans for the rest of the year, if I am free for the back to school season again, I will definitely apply for another season.
The good thingsHonestly such a good summer job during their peak season. Malaga staff are SO NICE. Managers are amazing. Training and support is provided and sets you up well even if you have no relevant experience.
The challengesDealing with customers over the phone is always hard - they will say things to you that they wouldn't try to say in person and you just have to try and de-escalate the situation - one thing about the managers though is that they WILL NOT tolerate customers abusing their employees.

Efficient and Knowledgable in giving the best services
The good thingsGreat management and friendly environment, clear targets set for the company and levels of efficiency very high
The challengesCan involve a lot of moving for long periods especially in a hot warehouse in the summer, however with good hydration this can be handled fairly well

    Looks after their employees.
The good thingsIt has good pay, multiple breaks a day, gives us icey poles on hot days. Drink bottle filling station, nice co-workers and hot days you start early and finish early (7am-3pm), and some days you finish even earlier (12pm-2:30pm).
The challengesBoxes are heavy and the warehouse is very hot. You are on your feet all day.

Fantastic seasonal job. Don't get your hopes up beyond this point, for the love of God.
The good thingsI was able to learn a lot of new things and work in a team of fantastic people that I soon grew to spend time with outside of work.
The challengesIt was challenging to deal with the higher end of management from a working perspective. Unfortunately, it was impossible to fully flourish to the fullest of my capabilities and show my worth due to this. Many unsolved issues that crumbled my psychological balance were a commonality with my everyday working life that soon started destroying my life outside of work. Protocols to stop this were not adhered to.

Good fun, reasonable money and great staff.
The good thingsWorking during the back to school period with Campion was always fun. Management were lovely and team leaders made the work interesting when it could be hard work (laboursome).
The challengesDepending on what shift and responsibilities there were it could be quite tiresome but rewarding nonetheless.

A great place to work with excellent team spirit, you will get back what you put in, and then some
The good thingsThe Queensland branch is small so at times everyone has to help other people out, even if in different departments, and that's a good way to learn new skills
The challengesWhen it gets really busy staff are asked to really push themselves and it can get pretty tiring

Great people to work with & opportunity to gain invaluable skills
The good things• With the opportunity to work with multiple departments you get to know some great people • Whether you are a permanent employee or a summer casual employee; if you get the opportunity to work if different areas of the business, you can develop invaluable knowledge & experience that you can take anywhere in life or help you to further a career at Campion • This company has a sort of “family” feel and they make every person feel welcome • No day is ever boring with a company that is always looking to the future in terms of the products & services they provide. There are always new things to do and challanges to solve. This gives you great opportunities to put your thinking cap on and and work with a great team to achieve goals. • This company has begun developing & implementing programs in an attempt to help create a more positive culture across the whole company Australia wide
The challenges• The back to school season is always challenging. It is the peak time for the business and it is a very fast paced & high pressured environment. • This company still needs to improve on communication between departments & help staff to feel valued and supported during moments of high pressure (they are currently rolling out programs to address these areas which is positive)

Campion treats their staff like they treat their customers - badly.
The good thingsI made a couple wonderful friendships there.
The challengesThe working environment is awful, it is extremely stressful and there is no support from management at all. The frontline staff cop it from justifiably frustrated customers and no one wins.

A great company to start at to get into the industry.
The good thingsThe staff at Campion Education was very friendly and it was easy to get along with them. Working as a team in the warehouse environment was the best experience as we worked ahead of what was required to do. Everyone at the workplace was treated equally and all of our opinions were valued.
The challengesWorking at a fast pace was challenging at first. However, after a several days of work, our duties were easy to accomplish. Working in a team also helped to ease out and distribute the work load.
