Was a good company to start off a career prior to being bought out, but would recommend working for other companies now.
The good thingsFlexible work for home options and good team/direct managers, opportunity to transfer to work in many locations and for a large well known global brand. Good learning platform and paid training.
The challengesHad good culture until it was taken over by a big company. Approval processes and systems are slow and don't always work well for parts of the business. Smaller regions and offices are often not accommodated for as well. Mid/upper management appear to be disconnected with staff.

High-pressure environment lacking adequate support, a kind of sink-or-swim culture. Their primary focus is billability (with the looming threat of consequences for unbillable hours) at the expense of creating a positive workplace.
The good thingsSome good talented people Good perks
The challengesPoor leadership, no transparency. I found there to be little to no support in my role.

Learned a lot, lots of stress and realised is not my profile of company
The good thingsI was lucky to meet great people Opportunity to participate in high profile projects Learn and have exposure to new technologies
The challengesTo be thrown in the deep end many times No consideration to career progress, plan and specialisation only worries about sales and that you do what needs to be done even not your area of expertise Most of time projects are not really consulting project they are a big body shop with big contracts and has no control and management over project

One place I will never go back.
The good thingsBeing able to leverage global talent.
The challengesNo respect for personal time or compensation for additional effort. I have spent a lot of time with many service providers but these guys are the worst siloes. Customer pressure is directly handballed with no empathy, bordering on extreme. Matrix reporting = No support mechanism for getting the wrong people actioned. Its all about who you know.

waste of my time & talent
The good thingsEmployee discount scheme is good. Training is encouraged.
The challenges"Right-shoring" does not work and has little to no appeal to the customer - so stop boasting / marketing it as a selling point. Management weak and "me-too, we can do that"doesn't convince the customer. Spine less.
