    Feels like I've struck Gold!
The good thingsAll the reviews are true! So many job interviews & work places now are so impersonal. However Capital Transport are different, from the very first phone call to the interview, the training and the culture. It's honestly the best place I've ever been lucky enough to work at. I've not been with them for very long and recently had to go on bereavement leave & they couldn't have been more supportive & understanding. It is a supportive work environment where you get to make genuine connections, they supply amazing treats, rewards & incentives on top of it all, you get paid! I've found my place & I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The challengesAt this stage I am so happy that I just wish I had of found them sooner.

Great team environment and supportive work culture. Always learning something new
The good thingsGreat supportive environment and work culture. Everyone including management and peers in my team provides genuine support both professionally and personally. Great work life balance providing flexible shifts and work arrangements.
The challengesCommunication between departments could improve. There are things which are not always necessarily covered in training that are learnt from experience in the role which can be difficult at times, especially moving into the busy period.

    Important skills and experiences.
The good thingsThings along the lines of the good things you've heard about the company. For the least, you need to keep your ears open, maybe chat up an administrative assistant.
The challenges- Think about your goals and your skills. - Align your skills to the job role and put them forward. - Express motivation and show that you are up for any challenge.

Supportive Company That Encourages Growth and Connection
The good thingsI've worked at Capital Group for 3 years, and one of the things I appreciated most was their genuine support for personal and professional growth. They truly value individuals who want to challenge themselves and expand their skill sets, and I was fortunate to receive that support throughout my transitions into different roles within the business. The people at Capital Group are another standout — I've had the chance to build meaningful relationships and lasting friendships across a range of business units. There's a real sense of community, collaboration, and willingness to help one another, which made coming to work each day feel rewarding and motivating. Overall, Capital Group has been a great place to grow, learn, and connect with some amazing people.
The challengesOne thing I found challenging at times was the lack of clarity during periods of change or transition. While it wasn’t a constant issue, it occasionally made it harder to plan ahead or feel fully aligned. That said, it also pushed me to become more adaptable and confident in navigating uncertainty.

Capital Transport - A workplace that provides you with a positive working environment and culture, with limitless opportunities for growth and development.
The good thingsWork Environment - I work in a very positive and supportive environment. Working in a positive atmosphere makes my workday very enjoyable. Learning Opportunities - I have had the opportunity to upskill, take on new challenges and learn from my fellow managers which has led to my various promotions
The challengesThe only downside I believe is not having a hybrid working environment. In saying that management is very flexible when it comes to working from home due to specific reasons and is always available to help find the best possible solution.

I don’t have anything kind to say unfortunately except that I loved my co workers and maybe two managers from other departments, but that kind of becomes irrelevant when your direct manager and his manager set up fabricated complaints and try to reprimand you for them less than a week after experiencing a loved one passing away. So there’s that. But I do have to admit as soon as I put the false claims in writing and requested explanations for the lies, they were suddenly VERY kind.
The good thingsThe employees are wonderful and so fun to be around.
The challengesManagement, and I suppose the management of management. Many higher up leaders knew very well what the managers were doing to staff, the state leader told me to ignore it unless it came from him. That was his solution to the problem.

Working at Capital Transport has shown me that work can truly be fun if you love what you do.
The good thingsThe thing I've enjoyed most about working at Capital Transport is the friendly, accepting and caring Team Members, Management and Colleagues interstate. I have only felt welcomed and supported since starting here... It's blown my expectations out of the water and makes walking through the doors exciting and motivating to tackle the day ahead.
The challengesThe biggest challenge I was faced with was not knowing the Transport Industry. I had no experience prior but this did not stop me from wanting to learn. The introduction and training course was extremely helpful which made my transition comfortable and easy. All questions were answered and I was never left confused or lost in thought.
