    Professionally operated charity business raising funds to keep the helicopters and medical staff in the air.

    The challengesFinding parking as limited parking in the area. Having to get to work at least an hour before foster so you could get one of the carpark spaces.

    Quite a good provider of aeromedical and SAR services but not as diverse as RFDS in the provision of broader range of services.
    The good thingsWell meaning and clinical orientated employer and specialist in aeromedical services.
    The challengesThis organisation grossly under resources and does not place much value on work/life balance of its employees. It relies on the compassionate nature of its workforce to put in unreasonable hours to meet objectives. The organisation talks the talk but does not walk the walk when it comes to welfare of its employees. Organisation has been going through an aggressive restructure and cost cutting regime with a new CEO in place.
