Small time, could be great if they focused on fixing business fundamentals, got rid of some bad apples in corporate and followed their values all the time, not just when it is easy. The good thingsSome good people work here, particularly at the middle/project manager level. Senior managers in Ops are also good for the most part, but don't stand up for the employees when it comes to the bad times. They take a step back and turn a blind eye when they need to.
The challengesMassive purple circle culture here. No chance for advancement if you are not friends of/related to corporate managers.
Poorly managed from a planning/HR standpoint, always struggling for money and then when they do have money, over-extending themselves leading to people being shuffled out/multiple rounds of redundancies over a few years.
