    The challengesIf you start as a contractor you are getting treating 2nd class. Shut up and do the job. Management not approachable at all. Promise you the world but nothing will happen. Old equipment.

    Small time, could be great if they focused on fixing business fundamentals, got rid of some bad apples in corporate and followed their values all the time, not just when it is easy.
    The good thingsSome good people work here, particularly at the middle/project manager level. Senior managers in Ops are also good for the most part, but don't stand up for the employees when it comes to the bad times. They take a step back and turn a blind eye when they need to.
    The challengesMassive purple circle culture here. No chance for advancement if you are not friends of/related to corporate managers. Poorly managed from a planning/HR standpoint, always struggling for money and then when they do have money, over-extending themselves leading to people being shuffled out/multiple rounds of redundancies over a few years.

    Good place to start to get some experience in mining. Definitely not a place if your looking for long term employment and this shows with the company's high employee turn around.
    The good thingsGood safety culture as far as paperwork goes. Great camp and work crew.
    The challengesBeing employed by a contractor which had a poor contractor client relasionship. Poor management.

    The good thingsMy supervisor Nigel was very understanding. The fact i was given my own time to ensure i completed my tasks for the day everyday with wide open space

    The challengesThe whole management and their lack of knowledge in the system how to progress the business. mangement and admin are all on a different page, there is no clear direction as management don't know how to tackle the situtation.

    The challengesVery poor management by people at the senior level who are not suited to management roles. The company's main focus is meant to be on their people, however, I would challenge that as they have little regard for people who bring a different perspective or challenge management on their poor decisions which ultimately costs the company a great deal of money.

    The challengesManagement structure, poor decision making which has a domino effect. They go through employees like there’s no tomorrow and very ruthless towards employees when they do so.
