    Due to a paternalistic lack of vision and low pay, the best people leave.
    The good thingsNo micro-management No playground supervision Some flexibility in curriculum More opportunities to organise extra-curricular events and activities
    The challengesCarinity do not pay enough, therefore fail to attract sufficient Aboriginal support staff or highly qualified leaders in this exceptionally challenging and extremely important space, yet the opportunity is enormous.
