Fantastic, I am extremely happy I took the role when given the opportunity.
The good thingsThe people, the culture, and the processes in place all make coming to work enjoyable and also make it easy to excel in the role. There is always a party to look forward to, Carlisle are extremely generous to everyone who works here. Finally, there are multiple opportunities to develop a career with further learning and stretch assignments.
The challengesI don't have an answer for this one, I haven't found anything difficult at Carlisle that was not able to be overcome with the assistance of the team and leaders in place.

Carlisle really values providing a safe, inclusive and culture driven workplace.
The good thingsCarlisle knows how to look after their staff, with perks but also care. Leaders provide extensive training when you start a position to set you up for success. Roles can be challenging at time but the teams are so supportive of each other so there is always a helping hand.
The challengesIt's a growing company, with various teams across levels, so getting to know everyone takes time. Celebrations, events and learning opportunities, however, allow you to meet others and build connections.

Fast paced and the tools to achieve it.
The good thingsSecond to none with technology and IT support. The trade base certainly assists with the hardest aspect of supervising and that is managing your trades.
The challengesFast paced industry and time sensitive claims and KPIs, can get the better of you if you have multiple issues on site present at once. Management are good at being there to support those times though

Not great, I had wanted to work for the company for so long but it wasn't what i had expected. Perhaps because we were just coming out of covid, or perhaps it just wanted the right fit for me.
The good thingsThe team were amazing to work with, and from what i can see they put on an amazing party (although they didn't during my time)
The challengesThe workload is a lot for the pay. it is a lot of stress and overtime with little to no reward.

All in all, Carlisle really is a great place to work, it is a workplace you look forward to going everyday, although you still get to work from home 2 days a week for a full-timer, you sometimes end up going in more days just because you love where you work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful culture, incredible support & more perks than you could ask for (too many to list, but a breakfast bar every morning and massage chairs throughout the building are two of my favourites)!
The good thingsThe culture at Carlisle is second to none, they take a lot of pride in each person they hire to ensure their values are upheld which makes for a supportive, friendly & fun environment to work in each day. The perks are above and beyond any other workplace and I always have friends reaching out asking if there are available roles because of how much I talk about how amazing it is to work here. It's like a second home, a second family. Best company I have ever worked for and after 7 years with Carlisle, I still see myself here for many years to come!
The challengesThe only difficult thing was finding my way around the office for a little while, but even then not a bad problem to have when the office is state of the art and packed with break areas and activities.

The good thingsThe Culture The Growth The Opportunities for learning and development
The challengesThe challenges are more related to the different roles and how to problem solve and navigate them swiftly and accurately. However, you are given so much support by your peers and other subject matter experts to be able to do this.

I'm genuinely grateful for job at Carlisle, it's a great place to work.
The good thingsI've had the privilege of being a part of Carlisle for the past five years, and it has been a incredibly rewarding experience. I love Carlisle's commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Carlisle's commitment to professional growth and development is another highlight of my experience. Personally, I've benefited from the program of Diploma of Leadership and Management which was a incredible experience and will benefit my career development.
The challengesJuggling multiple responsibilities and deadlines requires carful time management and prioritization. While this could have been overwhelming, the positive aspect has been the collaborative spirit within our team. We've come together to share the workload, offer assistance and ensure that everyone is supported during this demanding time.

I've worked for a few companies who preach Company Culture but don't deliver, however Carlisle puts their words into actions. I've never felt more supported by Management, and rewarded for hard work.
The good thingsThe clear mission and values, guidance from Management, Financial stability and most importantly the genuine people who work at Carlisle all contribute to our success.
The challengesIn a time where the building industry has faced its challenges, ensuring our stakeholders are aware of our Financial Stability. Having a strong relationship based on trust has been paramount.

The good thingsCarlisle Homes is exceptional at being inclusive and understanding the diversity of knowledge, learning, people and experience. Carlisle Homes has it all with great work life/balance, reward and recognition when its deserved and great team culture.
The challengesThe challenge with Carlisle can be that the team members are so loyal that there aren't always a lot of job opportunities to get in the door, but once you are in you wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
