Don't Do it! Not worth it!!!!! Don't walk - RunThe good thingsIn the Begining I had a great manager, who was supportive and I learn allot from. It is nice to have a cruise every year (Very Cheap), bu keep in mind this benefit is difficult to get. You need to apply for leave about 6 months in advance (if you are on a big team), but only get confirmation of a staff cruise 2 months before departure. Many people dont get their staff cruise in the year. The atmosphere can be fun, the team is great, but the workload is high, very busy and often stressful, so it can be difficult to join in on fun activities.
The challengesManagement expect allot and you are constantly monitored, even the smallest error, tone of voice not being right, anything! is picked up and commented immediately. I had a tough job, stressful and worked extremely hard. And even though I had a reputation for being good at what I do, new manager was constantly looking for faults.
Pay was very low for level of responsibility you have and the expectations placed on you. When I left, I got a new job, 10K more money and half the stress and responsibility
