    I wouldn't waste my time.
    The good thingsThe only thing that kept me working for CCI for as long as I did were the people that I worked with.
    The challengesAcross the 8 years I had 7 different direct managers and 4 different upper managers. Each time there was a change there was, in effect another restructure. People are hired into roles that they know nothing about - only hired for their ability to manage, rather than the knowledge of what their employees are required to do. Across the 8 years, there were many promises made in relation to lower case loads, better systems etc, but none of this happened, just more and more excuses and blame put back onto the staff.

    The challengesPoor leadership, poor culture, highly inexperienced senior leaders, immature risk culture, lots of office politics, lack of corporate strategy, loss of good people, manual processes, immature project governance.
