Amazing place to work, would recommend to anyone
The good thingsFabulous staff and culture in general. If it wasn't good we wouldn't have so many staff still here after 15, 20 and even 25 years! Values are lived (walked and not just talked) Subsidised health insurance is a great bonus Range of different health and wellness activities available Leadership acknowledge challenges and are looking to address
The challengesDepending on your department/role the environment can seem inflexible but in most cases this is to be expected. For example, if you are employed as a call centre operator, there is a reasonable expectation that you would adhere to your schedule, you can't just duck out for lunch when you feel like it... but at the end of your shift you can shut down and not think about work until next shift. Those of us not tied to rosters have a tendency to put in more hours overall and it feels that there is a greater flexibility afforded us, and we are generally thinking about work when we aren't working.
