I would not recommend this organisation for those seeking a supportive and progressive work place. The good thingsThere are not many great things.
The challengesOverall, my experience at the organisation was challenging due to a workplace culture that felt quite rigid and, at times, unsupportive. There was a strong preference for traditional, “old school” ways of working, which made it difficult to introduce new ideas or adapt to more modern approaches, particularly in areas like digital and strategic marketing.
Decision-making at the management level often lacked clarity and direction, which impacted team alignment and made it difficult to execute work effectively. Strategy would frequently change or feel underdeveloped, leading to inefficiencies and frustration within the team.
The role itself involved a high volume of repetitive or low-impact tasks, which limited opportunities for growth, creativity, and meaningful contribution. Combined with limited autonomy and a lack of open communication, this made it challenging to stay engaged and motivated.
