    Great experience overall, everyone is incredibly welcoming, management are supportive and encourage me developing new skills as well as willing to listen and take onboard my thoughts/interests.
    The good thingsSupportive team and culture - people will say hi to you in the hallways and willing to help one another. Strong emphasis on development (technical and leadership skills).
    The challengesWould be good to have more social/networking events and cross-team collaboration.

    Wouldn’t recommend toxic team workplace culture. Extremely high staff turnover levels.

    The good thingsPay was ok for the hours you worked, equipment was well maintained for its age, left alone to do your job
    The challengesHours are minimal job was advertised to do 10-12 hour shifts struggled to get 8 hours most days, bad culture

    Executive team don't care
    The good thingsThere are some good people that care and do a good job
    The challengesMost of the executive team have given up and don't care any more. Some people are doing less than the bare minimum and management don't care or want to manage them. Some teams work so much harder than others and no one cares. You can do nothing and get paid very well.

    The values and culture in this company are questionable, there was a lot of politics and I felt people were being dishonest.
    The good thingsA couple of good people in the office who are good to work with. But they are looked down upon and made to look bad due to poor management and biased behaviour by the team leader and manager who run the office
    The challengesAn incapable team leader in the Southern region who never had the time to come into work and support his team. Rude manager who did not seem to care. I really hated working here. I was always glad to finish for the day and dreaded Monday mornings. This company is a bad employer. They offer no support or development.

    Do not go there as a Mechanic, no relevant training ever given. Job add description is misleading. They cannot keep or attract decent people.

    The good thingsFantastic remuneration and benefits offered. Highly supportive and professional team - amazing people and talent. Very safety orientated which is great to see. There is a 'people first' culture within the company and I feel valued here.

Everything falls on deaf ears, No communications to drivers, allocations leave alot to be desired, you have ppl living in QLD who have no idea of suburbs in Melb allocating your work to you and have NO idea how long jobs take, they seem to think it takes alot longer to do the work then it actually dose, if u like sitting around during winter this is the job for you, very frustrating place to work
