The challenges- The company had a few flaws in the past however has grown from this and continues to grow
- You need to pace yourself and not overwork, detail and accuracy is more important than call count
- Need to have patience
- At times you have to deal with micromanagement however this is most likely because they genuinely want to ensure quality
