My experience with Centaur Software was filled with ups and downs, I have grown as a consequence
The good things- Great work life balance and Hybrid Work options - Great team and work environment - Friendly Team - Room to expand and grow into different roles that are more suited to your preference - Offers both Team Building and Christmas Events - Has allowed me to grow as a person - Always learning new things - Management is agreeable and able to listen - Training provided for new employees - Reviews on progress and they help you plan your future
The challenges- The company had a few flaws in the past however has grown from this and continues to grow - You need to pace yourself and not overwork, detail and accuracy is more important than call count - Need to have patience - At times you have to deal with micromanagement however this is most likely because they genuinely want to ensure quality

Wonderful company to work for. I had an amazing specialist trainer who trained me and a lot of support within the organisation. I only left as at the time of my employment they could not offer me more hours. Overall I was very happy with the company.
The good thingsGreat Company and Great Colleagues
The challengesNo complaints regarding my role with Centaur Software.

I am very happy working for Centaur, as mentioned above, very good work-life balance. A lot of the colleagues have been working in the company for 10+ years. They wouldn't stay if it was not a good company. This is my 6th year and I am still loving it.
The good thingsFlexible hybrid work mode, very good work-life balance working in Centaur.
The challengesI guess it is the same challenges as you would have working for any other companies.

This job got my foot in the door of this industry, but was ultimately an awful experience.
The good thingsA good primer for learning the basics of customer support.
The challengesAbsolutely no career progression, contradictions from management, frequent employee policy changes, not a team environment, depressing workplace visually, extremely low salary compared to similar roles, weekend work for next to no pay/reward, no company \"culture\", high employee turn-over leads to overburdening of existing staff, problems with office \"politics\", inefficient support procedures.
