    Interesting dealing with many different people and situations
    The good thingsflex leave and part time work opportunities. Good camaraderie with staff. Unfortunately a lot of the good things from the past are being eroded. eg super scheme, flexibiilty in work time
    The challengesManagement who keeps wanting to reinvent the wheel and are not interested in hearing form the people who actually do the work what works best. Well, they do listen but do not act on it and do what they want in the end. Front line staff are left to deal with unahppy customers because of stuff ups made higher up.
