    Have been with the company for more than 10 years and a great experience having learnt a great deal and had great support.
    The good thingsGood family company that is growing and expanding. Lots of long standing employees (more than 10 years)
    The challengesSome difficulty in dealing with time differences in the Eastern States, but all National companies would experience this issue.

    The good thingsThe staff are always pleasant and ready to help anyone and team morale is mostly upbeat. Opportunities for diversity within the role and no 2 days are the same. Lots of challenges and management are supportive.

    Although my time with Centurion garage doors was ok i would not go back to work for them or any other company that was like them.

    The challengesTime constraints for getting place to place Very poor training particularly with the paperwork associated with delivery of goods. The pay is appalling. Some people have not had a pay rise in 10 years!
