    Good place to work with passionate people trying to keep the business growing and developing.
    The good thingsCEVA is a global company which is growing in Australia which means there are plenty of opportunities for career progression. Job security and professional development are important which is supported at CEVA. The team in Australia is passionate and committed to the business continuing to grow. We operations in every state, CEVA has a large footprint.
    The challengesWorking for a global company has it's challenges, particularly with an APAC reporting line but the management team. There are lots of systems and processes to understand so it take at least 3mths to fully onboard and understand the business

    The challengesDepartments/ contracts not working together to achieve common goals. To many casual workers causing hight staff turn over and spending to much time training.
