    I would strongly advise anyone applying to steer clear of this organisation. They are backward thinking, lack leadership, lack processes and the pay is very low based on what they expect from you. You are basically going to work for bean counters that only care about how much they can leach out of you and their customers.
    The good thingsThe only good aspect of the role was being paid.
    The challengesThe place is toxic and plagued with errors. Operations are always making mistakes and lack leadership.

    I highly suggest finding a company that invests in staff development.
    The good thingsNot a very big site, and less than 50 onsite.
    The challengesManagement is the most toxic group in the company, leading to outbursts towards new staff due to their lack of experience and inadequate training.

    One of the worst places I have worked, the head office staff are in a clique, if you dont fit it, you wont last. low pay and high expectations. absolutely toxic culture!

    The good thingsCEVA is a global company which is growing in Australia which means there are plenty of opportunities for career progression. Job security and professional development are important which is supported at CEVA. The team in Australia is passionate and committed to the business continuing to grow. We operations in every state, CEVA has a large footprint.
    The challengesWorking for a global company has it's challenges, particularly with an APAC reporting line but the management team. There are lots of systems and processes to understand so it take at least 3mths to fully onboard and understand the business

    The good thingsThere is a great working environment at CEVA Logistics, especially within my function. The team is friendly and helpful. It's great to interact with different personalities across the business and learn from the great wealth of knowledge within CEVA.
    The challengesThere are sometimes challenges in getting projects finalised and implementing change when regional and global approval is required. The process can often be lengthy and tedious, but this has become more streamlined recently.

    The challengesSeeing “temporary” staff that work 40 hour weeks being employed through agencies let go because they’ve been employed for almost 1 year and are supposed to offer them permanent positions after 12 months.

    The good thingsJob is what you would expect in any warehouse environment.
    The challengesManagement are quick to pass judgement on you based purely on thier own opinions regardless of your achievements as an employee. It's a constant struggle to fight for recognition. Integrity and values are obsolete. Hours are constantly changing without consideration or sufficient notification to allow for families.

    New restructure of management has made the place a huge challenge. Previous managers were great. Since leaving and finding true work life balance I wonder why we did what we did for so long!
    The good thingsPrevious management the place was great. Good team work with “CEVA we are one attitude” great team from the top to the bottom.
