    The stress and no appreciation finally too its toll. 80 percent turnover of staff in 12 months.
    The good thingsThe people and the clients
    The challengesNot being listened too. No effective training for new staff. Overworked. Expected to do 10 hours overtime per week with no extra pay or thanks.
