Sydney NSW 20005 to 6 years in the role, former employee

I worked there for 7 years and last few months was awful . we started experiencing lots of work culture issues gradually.

The good thingsChallenger has changed a lot since we got a new management style therefore all good things like working culture changed too.

The challengesData platform head was not a right person in this company .he has micromanagement style while he suffers from decision making , openness and collaboration attitude.
