Just a terrible place to work.
The good thingsAlmost nothing, its a job and you get paid. Some staff members were very nice.
The challenges'Training' is disorganized and insufficient. Job is mainly stocking shelves, not customer service. Management unprofessional, gossiped about staff with other staff. Rapport building with customers and other staff was discouraged. Extremely understaffed. Poor staff benefits. Their job ads say they offer award rates, overtime and super, so in other words, the absolute minimum. It's a shame, as a large company CW has the opportunity to be a role model as a highly desirable employer, but unfortunately it was disappointing on almost every level.

    Get out whilst you can
The good thingsonly good thing was leaving this place
The challengesyou are expected to know absolutely everything on your first week there and are made to feel stupid if you dont. If I could give the management 0 stars I would as they were extremely unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. you could have 1 or 2 coworkers that you get along with but the rest will talk behind your back and cannot be trusted as it’s all just one big clique. Do not recommend this place at all

    do not work here !
The good thingsIn my experience, I developed good relationships with my coworkers. I also liked helping the customers.
The challengesThe environment and the management. I was not able to enjoy my job because the workers were put under too much stress and pressure, nothing was worth staying for.

Apply for a different Pharmacy, you will want to leave after your first shift.
The good thingsThe only good things are that you get three breaks in one shift and you might make a few friends.
The challengesEverything. The store I worked at was one of the busiest locations in the state however, the storeroom was so small. On 40 degree days, I had to work outside to unpack and sort out the stock, no air con, sunscreen, or even fresh water, I had to drink water from the bathroom. Long hours, you have to work on public holidays, horrible pay, some staff are so rude, and a lot of gossip. If your not careful, staff will speak about you behind your back. Apply for different pharmacy.
