I came all the way from New Zealand and it was definitely a journey i wont forget.The good thingsOwners are good people but don't understand how to manage people effectively and that is a big minus for a business. They don't retain their staff which is a shame as Fortitude Valley is a great location with fantastic clientele, you don't have to hunt for the work. They have gone through too many good staff and need to get a business coach onboard.
It is a cracking pace and you fly by the seat of your pants. I really loved working with all the other team members, it made it but unfortunately they have all left.
The challengesOwners attitudes towards their staff members. Commission structure , so that your frontline sales staff are appreciated.
