    The good thingsSome friendly coworkers at the store level. Busy retail environment which can help you develop basic sales skills.
    The challengesLeadership style felt very top-down with little input from staff. Management decisions were often made without consultation with the team. Communication from ownership was inconsistent and sometimes changed without notice. Staff concerns about pay structures and expectations were not always addressed constructively. Workplace culture could feel high pressure and not very supportive.

    I came all the way from New Zealand and it was definitely a journey i wont forget.
    The good thingsOwners are good people but don't understand how to manage people effectively and that is a big minus for a business. They don't retain their staff which is a shame as Fortitude Valley is a great location with fantastic clientele, you don't have to hunt for the work. They have gone through too many good staff and need to get a business coach onboard. It is a cracking pace and you fly by the seat of your pants. I really loved working with all the other team members, it made it but unfortunately they have all left.
    The challengesOwners attitudes towards their staff members. Commission structure , so that your frontline sales staff are appreciated.
