Great culture and place to start out your career, but not where you will build your career
The good thingsGreat employees, titles and culture. Loved the people I worked with and the publications I worked on.
The challengesThe great culture and environment was let down by poor management and lack of communication. Often a 'don't change it if it's not broken culture' which saw employees come and go very quickly.
