Support is non existent in this organisation fake it till you make it, lay low don't make waves and take your pay with little achievement.
The good thingsThe flexibility to take days off when I wanted to . Leadership really not concerned with achievements it was a case of just show up and get paid go home , rinse and repeat it was easy work for great pay. Found myself and our team could literally do what we wanted when we wanted.
The challengesHaving regular meetings just to make our leadership look busy and in control when it was really not necessary and a waste of time for all involved.

Cherish my team from here but it's not great if you want growth or stability.
The good thingsGood team, extra leave for christmas, solid salary
The challengesNot the role I was promised, little room to grow, funding for programs can be cut easily. Some people have been there for many years and seem to be preferred by higher management. Short term contracts with small chance of permanency.
