    The challengesDirty and dated staff facilities. One of the 2ICs thought she ran the place and treated me like I haven't been instructing for many years.

    The good thingsLovely area to work in Great shopping strip and friendly community Excellent food restaurants
    The challengesManagement have lost their way, the rot still exists from a manager level up to entire EXec. Self serving, look after own interests /self promotion, very very poor culture exists through the organisation, no leadership and do not care or support staff. Blame is the name of the game. Avoid, organisation needs significant change and will take years perhaps decades to improve. If you want to be undervalued and used you will like working at C of Unley
