Was not treated fairly by the direct manager, which made the working environment quite tense for many of the staff. Severely understaffed, staff skipping breaks to meet deadlines then told to still not doing enough.
The good thingsSome great team members who really supported each other to get through each day.
The challengesPoor management and severe understaffing.
