    This has to be the worst experience of my entire career
    The good thingsHandful of people who you trauma bond with.
    The challengesNo WFH at all even though you are led to believe you are able to in the initial interview. No Culture. Depressing windowless office, no set process. thrown into the deep end with no training. Not a single person there was happy.

    The most toxic workplace I have ever experienced.
    The good thingsA small amount of people you work with.
    The challengesIn my entire career, I have never worked anywhere as toxic as this. Management is oppressive, excessively controlling, intensely micromanaging, and overly critical. I would strongly caution anyone considering working here.

    Ok for a job, but not a great company to work for because of pushy upper management.
    The good thingsI landed on a good crew with good supervisors and leading hands. Lots of the blokes looking to get along. Good opportunity for entry into FIFO industrial construction. Pay was always on time. Long term project.
    The challengesManagement, other supervisors and leading hands were difficult; expected everything to be done yesterday whilst the tools for the job were getting delivered tomorrow. Poor organisation between crews. Management would rip you off on sick days, approved leave etc.

    Ok FIFO construction, but there is better out there.
    The good thingsI was lucky to land in a good crew. No issues with pay on hours worked.
    The challengesSome of the supervisors and leading hands were very pushy. Perth office management had a real stickle for mucking around with flights, sick pay and the like, making people pay their own way for approved leave, not accepting certain doctor's certificates etc

    The challengeszero safety, so called tradesmen with no idea, supervisors leading hands with zero management skills, management with a "do as I say or get a window seat" attitude.
