Great first office job with great people

The good thingsForemost, the people were amazingly friendly and genuinely caring. As a first office job, the admin team and directors were patient, supportive and gave clear guidance. The role itself was stimulating and there were plenty of opportunities to grow and learn. I'm grateful to have worked at CK.

The challengesSometimes there was limited information on how to understand and navigate specific legal terms and project contracts but most of these were resolved by consulting with experts.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at CK and would encourage anyone looking for fulfilling and challenging profession to work here.

The good thingsEvery day was a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn and grow. I was always encouraged to explore and ask questions. The level of collaboration internally and with other professionals is the best I have experienced.

The challengesNaturally the workload is high but the company manages this with time in lieu schemes that other practices do not offer.

Great company to work for.

The good thingsFantastic team: experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. The flat structure allows close contact with the directors who are invested in the team’s growth and wellbeing and striving for excellence in every delivery. Great working conditions and good social formal and informal events. The projects are interesting and varied with a community and social value focus. I had a wonderful experience in my four years working in the company, learned so much and made great friends.

The challengesSome deadlines were challenging and demanded extra hours, which is more an industry challenge. However we could accrue time in lieu.
