Awesome experience and place but corporate and management need a complete overhaul
The good thingsAwesome team environment, solving complex problems for customer, lots of things to do
The challengesManagement is appalling, Pay rate compared to work load is minimum. Always pushing expensive products instead of repairing them

    Stressful, unsupportive.
The good thingsThere are some nice people who unfortunately are not treated well.
The challengesThis is a very toxic organisation to work for. Staff behaviour and culture is very unprofessional with high staff turnover is indicative of this. Micromanagement is rife.

Toxic culture from top down. Low pay. Stay away
The good things No such good thing. Toxic from top to bottom
The challengesThe company has a very unhealthy work culture. There is no formal HR structure, and as a result, people often act without accountability. Thelead, in particular, displays unprofessional and unreliable behavior.

Frankston VIC 31991 to 2 years in the role, former employee
Toxic environment from the senior management level down and lack of support when asked for.
The good thingsAt the time I was employed there, my direct line Manager was an amazing person and boss to work for. Always felt supported and the Manger had your back. The freedom of working alone during applicable duties.
The challengesThe salary range for Pool Service Technicians is well below what the average of $80k that a large number of other companies pay. Keep in mind they also will try to have your contract salary inclusive of Superannuation payments. Not on top of your salary.

Not good the pay is bare minimum and shifts get cut after a few months and you will be let go or kept on stand by and expected to be available.
The good thingsShop managers are good but anyone above that is not good and out of touch with staff and customers and treat people badly. Really nice work mates. Every day can be a little bit different and the work isn't hard.
The challengesConstant ticket changes and waste of paper and time constantly throwing out paper to put slightly different paper all the time. Heavy lifting can be to much and not safe when no one available to help and it is busy. Always very hot or very cold in the shop floor for the regular staff especially in winter like now. Don't give proper breaks.
