    Supportive and friendly environment
    The good things- No micromanaging. - Wellness benefits; a budget to use for wellness/beauty products or services each month, mid week Yoga and Pilates classes, occasional .gym/yoga/pilates/other classes with some of our clients. - Great work environment. Very friendly. - Supportive management team who want to assist with personal and career growth.
    The challenges- Limited room for career progression in my particular role in the Australian office.

    The good thingsAmazing place to work, everyone is super helpful and supportive, you are urged to develop your skill set and they live and breathe Wellness!
    The challengesSometimes it is a challenge with teams being over in the US but Zoom, a great AU team and a few hours in the morning helps a lot!

    My experience has been one big happy dance.
    The good thingsThe breakfast and lunch provided is amazing! The company really cares about your well being and provides 55USD to spend on anything you class as health and wellness! Everyone in the office is the embodiment of the companies values, and it is the best place to be with a view over the water.
    The challengesTrying not to eat too much at Friday lunches!

Great perks, such as free yoga and pilates, lunch & breakfast. Easily one of the best companies I have worked for, and would highly recommend to anyone.
