    I have thoroughly enjoyed my role thus far and the company dynamic and comradely is second to none.
    The good thingsIt is a rewarding and fast paced role that offers strong autonomy, leadership opportunities and exposure to both operations and growth.
    The challengesAs with all roles there are challenges. The support system however is great and always available to lend a helping hand.

    The challengesThe only challenge I found was this role is full-time in school term times only so you don't get paíd public holidays even if you are doing a holiday clean

    The challengesOur business operates primarily outside of business hours which is challenging to some people, but with this comes more flexibility during business hours which does have its advantages!

    The good thingsThe business is run with a real entrepreneurial approach and has a huge appetite for change and innovation. This means that there are great opportunities to contribute and run with new ideas.
    The challengesLots of change and growth. With ambitious plans to expand it's market share, office staff have a lot of priorities to juggle and often need to react to new developments very quickly.
