Great company culture. One of the best companies I've worked in.
The good thingsFantastic company culture, very supportive and fun team to work in. You get great access to resources within your discipline as well as cross functionally. The People are the best part about working here. Great brands, challenging work and lots of opportunity to own your role if you have the initiative and willingness.
The challengesSystems and processes are sometimes a source of frustration. There is an awareness of this, but slow to fix. Flat organisation which doesn't suit people who are looking for quick career succession, but not an issue for me.

The good thingsGreat People who genuinely enjoy working together, brands that people know and love, half day Fridays in Summer, global resources and scale, staff packs every second month. Have a 'learn and prove' mentality, so you have the opportunity to trial new initiatives.
The challengesThere is always a lot to do with what can feel like no time to do it. Opportunity to streamline processes to allow for agile and efficient work.

The good thingsA great company to work for. Great people who are very willing to help whenever they can and a great working environment in general.
The challengesBeing an FMCG company that is affected by commodity prices, there is always pressures from both the supply end as well as from retailers. Clorox Australian (ANZ actually) keeps evolving in order to adopt to these external pressures - sometimes this becomes quite challenging for individuals working within the company.

I always feel valued at Clorox, and enjoy every chance I have to work there.
The good thingsClorox has a wonderful atmosphere; the people are welcoming and friendly, and the employees are well looked after in many different ways. It's always a good day when I'm working there.
The challengesSo far the only challenges have been learning new tasks, which are ultimately a benefit, and trying to remember everybody's name!
