Absolutely the best experiences ever working in the resorts! It can be a lot of hard work but the memories and connections you make are totally worth it. As for working in an office role, the work/life boundaries are awesome and you work in a vibrant, progressive work culture. The good thingsRoles in-resort: Club Med offers incredible experiences - it's totally ideal for your 20s. You develop life skills in a luxury resort setting, learn how to overcome hurdles whilst making friends from around the world. If you have the energy for it, Club Med can also facilitate your growth and development into a pathway for leadership and career-long work. It's hard work but you can totally spend your life with Club Med.
Roles in-office: Office culture is TOP NOTCH at Club Med. They respect work-life boundaries and keep it fresh, progressive and forward-thinking. It's been a great experience in both sides of the company.
The challengesRoles in-resort: You will definitely feel tired in the season. You give your all for the guests and the team so fatigue can catch up pretty quickly. It's a challenge learning to pace yourself to ensure longevity in your role.
Roles in-office: There is always pressure from above. Having so many head-offices in your region means you have lots of management above you in all different directions. In my role I feel as though I'm always needing to have done something "yesterday" when I find out about it.
