    Don't be fooled by the benefits they offer—it’s just a trap.
    The good thingsClose to train station, nice and clean office
    The challengesThe real problem lies with the management, they rarely listen to employees. The work environment is highly political, which makes it unsurprising that they have a mental health program; chances are, you'll need it after working there for a while. They enforce a strict 5 day in-office policy.

    Don't work here, everyone quits after 4 months, over 100 people left in the last year!!

    The challengesthe systems you use don't work, managers lie about your KPI's and say you underperform (protecting their own job).

    As a very last resort join else run for you life. Not a single employee that has left marketing has done it for positive reason. LT is know for it's toxicity and time wasting tasks (See memes in teams chat). HM is highly under qualified and has zero hands on experience.
    The good thingsQuarterly restructures & on-going changes to ways of work. Help's keep the hope alive that it will get better. Employee tenure average is 7 months.
    The challengesDo more with less... Think creatively... Your not working fast enough... It's expected to work 2 hours overtime per day. 8:30am - 5:30pm + 2hrs minimum.

    Good overall for the culture, bad in every way for management structure.
    The good thingsThe overall environment was positive. Lots of help and assistance from Senior Staff and TLs. The team dynamic was incredible.
    The challengesUsed to be able to work from home, then the owner decided it was bad for business and wasn't making an impact. Upper Management don't help you focus on pushing your career to the next step. Poor Career Development and very little benefits.

    Great company and culture locally
    The good thingsFree rugby tickets and culture. Local management is fantastic and the people in general are great.
    The challengesBeing a UK based company, you can and will have to deal with UK Management at times. They can be difficult. Also, most companies are a lot more flexible with working hours. I had zero options here.
