This company needs to put on more staff and reduce the workload and expectations, it's a joke.The good thingsMost of the team are nice and relatable, and customers can be lovely.
The challengesUnderstaffing is the biggest, poor management, and lack of support. So many anti-loss metrics in to hit as well as jobs to do that aren't customer service, yet not enough staff to do them. The whole store is understaffed. Getting more hours on your contract is a challenge and hours are all over the place, good luck getting a set weekly roster.
