    The good thingsGrowing Company with some really good people. Managers listen to you and actually care about you as a person and not just a number. Nice modern office, coffee machine, diverse projects, good team feel and they're big on diversity and inclusion.
    The challengesThe Projects are complex - not recommended if you're not up for a challenge - but there is plenty of support.

    The challengesSupervisors making up stories about you to upper managment to get rid of you, because they are incapable of organizing anything and blame everyone else. Most of the good people left.

    Applied for a gas crew member position, only to be shafted on the first day with no legit reason ( hearing loss apparently although followed up proved otherwise!...not)
    The good thingsGuys on the ground were very good to work with, plenty of knowledge and training.
    The challengesTravel, generally it was fairly close to home.

    The challengesManagement puts road blocks in your way and makes it difficult to successfully complete projects. There is little to no communication about changes that will have an effect.

    The good thingsMy time at Comdain has been full of rewarding projects which has challenged me to think outside the box. Company fully supports the professional growth of all team members. Senior managers are approachable and go out of their way to know everybody. Great company to work for.
