    Gives a lot of understanding to everything you learn and knowing how to communicate allowing the individual to feel comfortable and trusting towards you was something you learn everyday in different ways to achieve any goals for all involved . Learning to never give up there’s always a better way .
    The good thingsAll interesting people , daily basis new challenges, learning all the time getting to know individual needs of all kinds .
    The challengesIndividual needs that differ from one to the next so trying to understand the person first and asking their preference according to their needs . Allowing their independence first so they achieve and feel good about everything they do with trust and comfort from a support worker as different people enter their homes .working out stradegies that are easy for every different individual.
