    NEW Management has too much of hidden agenda & cannot be trusted.

    The challengesPrior to 2017, we have clear cut on what the company wanted to achieve & it was QUALITY. Today after putting complete Sydney Support office to redundancy, tendency is just QUANTITY over QUALITY. Customer feedback is not good as before
