    Great place to work with a lot of opportunity to grow professionally.
    The good thingsCompass Medical Group is a great place to work. I have spent time in each of the Clinics during my time here and have found each of them to be welcoming, professional, organized, busy but fun places to work. The staff are supported and the management teams are closely involved in ensuring safe and happy employees across all departments.
    The challengesIt's can get very busy in the clinics at times.

    The challengesThe ever evolving challenges that COVID has brought to the medical field - however, the management of Compass Medical Group have really assisted in getting through this, not only from a business perspective but on a personal perspective.

    The good thingsGreat management & support from owners of the company, always opportunity to learn and it is strongly encouraged to strive for your best. Acknowledgement & appreciation of hard work is shown to all staff members. Management is always approachable. Beautiful clinics and environments to work in
    The challengesWe run a very busy clinic, sometimes the amount of work can leave you feeling snowed under, but good time management and ability to multi task is a must in this role, and the support of head office is also reassuring.

    Supportive and kind team
    The good thingsAll doctors, nurses, admin staff and management are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Beautiful, clean and welcoming clinic with lots of facilities to suit and assist all of our patients. I have been given the opportunity to learn and development so many new skills in this role. I love coming to work here every day.
