The challengesNo management for some staff, no career progression, no external training courses provided, low salary with no performance based bonus sometimes no increase at all each year and no legitimate reason why, company continually finds way to make profit but doesn't share with employees who are constantly drive customer satisfaction up to bring in revenue. Multiple role secondments with no pay increases, unable to provide accurate performance reviews and any future goal setting was a total sham, no paid overtime.
