Support your staff, be a manager that knows how to lead not one that just wants the title, it doesn't work and they lose all respect from staff.The good thingsClients and Technicians were very good. when I started 20 years ago it was an excellent place to work, management supported the staff, a fantastic team environment, work was busy and hard at times, but the environment was happy, supportive. Technicians supported each other.
The challengesStats became more important than the staff and clients. Less technicians and work overload, we only heard from management when there was a problem. Client sites were great though.
