    Meh - There is no progression after 2 years of work and it's the same after.
    The good thingsMeeting many people and working alongside different departments and working alongside people in all life.
    The challengesToxic working environment. The culture is very political. Communications side of the business has relatively little no room for progression. There are no incentives for hard work. You will be informed there are bonuses on recruitment however they are not offered. Pay is well below the market average and they have employment agreements which allow you to work unpaid overtime.

    It was fun, managed to work with a lot of smart people and got a lot of help during my time there.
    The good thingsInteresting work which is challenging and addictive. Great people, lots of skill.
    The challengesBe careful when you leave, they may push back.

    Underwhelming.
    The good thingsThey had a reasonably good client base.
    The challengesVery old ways of thinking and acting. Lacked dynamism of thought at every level, especially senior management. A total sitting duck for competitors.
