7 to 8 years in the role

spent about 7 years there frank the boss did show me lots of procedures i never knew

The good thingsgreat variety of work and with a fitting and machine shop you gain experience as into how things go together and work

The challengesneeded a bigger workshop as the time i was there there was no room to move as had lots of work on
