    Did learn a few new skills whilst I was there, but felt the sales team was seen as a \"necessary evil\" rather than an integral part of the operation.
    The good thingsProduct is of a reasonable quality and fairly priced.
    The challengesAs a Sales Consultant, I found a massive disconnect between the sales side of the operation and the back office. Very little support for the sales team and you're more or less treated like an outsider - overall, the culture needs to improve a fair bit!
