    The challengesVery poorly managed company, no clear guidance and very poor work culture. Management has frequent shouting matches in office, operators are poorly trained.

    It was fun to work for them, but the management is a real pain.
    The good thingsThe company produces very good conveyor belts, the products are world class. Most of the colleagues are very good, helpful and collegial.
    The challengesManagement is very controlling, every decision is micromanaged.
